Try looking under the title Graduation Week.
I think this film was released under that name.

Yes, it was released in the UK & Australia only on VHS as Graduation Week. Given the PAL system conflict with NTSC, if you're in the USA it probably won't do you any good, though, to even locate a copy.

It's also available on cable in the US as The Sterling Chase, I hear.
