To be honest, if this film didn't star Adam Beach I probably wouldn't have rented it in the first place. He's a great actor and gives a fine performance, along with the rest of the cast
But in this thread in SVU some people hate his acting

What do I "thing"?
I have heard of him but had rarely seen him before. He is very good in Arctic Air but I found most of the acting in this movie (Beach included) forced and unnatural.
I also found the plot uninteresting enough that I lost track of it. How did the bad guys get identified, etc etc. I'd put a spoiler alert but truth to tell I didn't care that much. This was simply a movie that I had forgotten to record so I rented it. Sometimes it works out and other times you lose 95 minutes of your life.
