Anyone noticed the stuntman in the beginning?

When I first watched this movie at a friend's house at night, I knew this would be another one of these low budget No Limit movies with terrible bad acting... anyway I was so eager to find bad scenes just to get a laugh out of them and I found this:
At the beginning in which you see the car chase there is a short moment which showed Silkk/Kool's car approaching and I looked at him driving when I suddenly realized that it wasn't Silkk. I told my friend to rewind back and it was a 'white' Stuntman with 'long curly hair' wearing some cap. We both laughed hard when we saw this.
The question is why do they need a stuntman for a scene in which nothing life depending happens, a scene that everybody could handle who's able to drive a car?
The answer obviously is that it's just a bad directed No Limit Movie.

I didn't notice it. Being quite obviously a stunt driver, I don't find it at all surprising. You will see a lot more stuff like that throughout the movie if you look closely such as rollcages inside traffic and the same traffic over and over again during the herce/van chase. None of them are anything significant, I have seen much, much, much bigger goofs than anything in this elsewhere many times. It's not really a No Limit movie either, as it's a PM Entertainment production in association with No Limit and their influence on it is much larger than that of No Limit.

...the fact that many of the same cars are crasehd and destroyed over and over again during the car chase scene where Kool chases after the guy who shot up the funeral (mostly notably, a blue Ford Taurus and a small Volkswagen coupe). Furthermore, during the final big shootout, some of the same thugs pop up again even after we see them get killed, and a couple even get killed twice over the course of the scene. The number of continuity errors in this movie is ridiculous.

there's an obvious stuntman during the scene when gary busey goes to open the door and gets hit in the face. Its extremely brief but it looks like they replaced him with an asian guy

I definitely noticed the stunt driver driving the car in the beginning. Low budget movie for sure. Still fairly entertaining at certain moments.
