Okay, so one time I had this disc of all these game clips that you could play and stuff. Well one of them was a Tomb Raider game. Im not sure which one, but I remember that you had to go in this house and get something, i remember a motor boat, and then after that later on you go inside this house thing and theres a bunch of dogs that attack you. Anyone know which one Im talking about? Its been forever since I played it.

Is it Tomb Raider 2 level 3 (Bartoli's hideout)? On that level u go into a house and through another side entrance where dogs come out. You use a boat to get there in the beginning.

YEah! Thats the one. You lower some chandeliers to reach a key which is behind the picture hanging on the wall

There is a way of avoiding the area with the chandeliers.
After Lara gets on to the balcony she takes a running jump to the red canopy, shimmies along and immediately back-flips onto another balcony. She runs and jumps to other ledges until she gets to the far red canopy and from there jumps down into a building with a flight of stairs.
Two dogs approach. She kills them and continus running up more stairs to her left. An armed guy appears and after killing him she runs into a room with closed doors in the middle and a block and shoots out the far window pane and climbs out onto a balcony.
Ordinarily she'd have to shoot out the window leading into the adjoining room and push a block in the chimney, climb up and face a slope with blades and timed fire pads to get to room with chandelier.
However, after shooting out that window there is a glitch in the balcony railings. If you run Lara into the corner railings she'll drop into the water below - a very handy shortcut as I personally tire of the chandalier area.
