shareYes I have many times, I'm actually doing a playthrough right now.
Now you speak of the woman in the middle of the game? I assume you mean Sophia Leigh in London, the one with the artifsct shooting fireballs at you?
Well you have to climb to the top of the building (via ledges, ladders etc.) and once you are at the top you should be near enough the same height as her, jump across the ledge (so you are opposite her) and shoot the grey circut box on the wall, it will eletrocute her...killing her :D
BUT DON'T TRY AND GRAB THE ARTIFACT!!! otherwise you will also be electrocuted, jump across to the same building where she was and climb near the top (avoid touching the balck electrified walkway) and push a button, this will switch off the electricity and you can grab the artifact!
Now you just have to get through Antartica if you have the other three artifacts or explore the other areas (Nevada and South Pacifics) but if you haven't already done Nevada, I reccomend you start the game again as you will lose your weapons...but if you haven't done the South Pacific Island levels you should just continue as they have more than enough supplies.
But if you need a clearer description heres a video:

If you need help with the other levels the guy who made the video also has done all of the other levels in the game as well as all the other old playstation Tomb Raider games (1-5), you can find them in his playlist here: http://www.youtube.com/profile_play_list?user=louischou
Hope I've been help to you and I hope you beat the game soon :)
