I only just saw Solas.I watched it on my laptop.I loved this film. Everyone in it reminded me of someone I knew. So I looked up what other films Mr Benito Zambrano has gone on to make. But he hasnt....??? After such a stunning debut why hasnt He? Anyone know?

He has just filmed a new film: 'Habana Blues', opening in theaters in Spain this week. He made a couple of years ago a movie for TV, based on a true story. One of the better TV films I've ever seen.
shareWell, Habana Blues is already out in Spain. This is the second film by Benito Zambrano and I really recommend it to everyone who liked Solas and is interested of Cuba and Latin people. This movie is about a band from La Habana who wishes to sign a contract to get out of the country and live their dream. But everything gets complicated as the main character is married and has two children.
It is a really sweet movie, with good music and made with lots of love. I hope you can watch it in your own countries soon.
