movie like this?

I watched a movie a while ago and can't for the life of me remember what it was. All i remember was a scene where the boyfriend was cruising in his convertable while the girl was in the hotel room getting attacked by guys that were looking for money that the couple stole from him. In the end of the scene the girlfriend sets the attacker on fire and escapes the hotel room ... if this sounds remotely familiar PLEASE POST!
