Moo Mesa Appears on TMNT Flash Forward

I was watching TMNT Flash Forward and the turtles were warped into a Old Western Saloon. The characters were all animals with some cows and a buzzard, instantly this reminded me of an old cartoon. I researched this and found moo mesa as well as the relation to the turtles. It wasn't very prominent in the episode but there was definitely a extremely minor cameo. Wierd...
