I like to think I'm an enlightened movie person and I'm open to just about anything....but this film was just boring and failed to involve me on any level.
Just as I thought something interesting would be revealed my hopes were dashed. I could barely get through it.

What was the purpose of Rivka dying ontop of her ex-husband???? I thought she'd been tossed out like yesterdays trash for not having a baby after 10 years. Where was his new wife? Of course, his new wife will not have a baby either since it it HIM who is sterile.
Anyhoo.....what was Rivka crawling ontop of this loser supposed to represent?

It is pretty insipid. There's also a ridiculous "sex" scene in which the guy gets on top of the woman and flails around and bounces up and down about three feet off the bed. This not only would not work on a practical basis (a certain thing wouldn't stay in a certain place) but he has his underwear on the whole time. Gimme a break. How difficult can it be to make a simulated sex scene look even slightly believable?
