yes! i really liked simon in the movie. I wish holly would have stayed with him, but it goes to show what women will do for "love". I really am getting tired of women being betrayed as the "weak" ones and men just walk all over that. I mean holly found a good guy and she went back the the "jerk". Well, I wish things would have been different.

Is there anyway of contating the real Maddux family to extend condolences? Naomi's performance in this movie was quite profound to me because I started following her when she made King Kong but I was introduce to Naomi by "The Ring" and I thought it was a very breakthrough film.
Hmm, funny? I saw "The Ring" about the same time the real Ira was canned for good. Cosmic or what.
And I'm 30 y/o, dated a women for a couple of years born in 1947 and I didn't see this feature till a month ago @ age 30 although it came out in '99. They say that Holly resembled Michelle Pfieffer, I had a crush on Michelle too.
The real Holly was a Taurus, so is Michelle.
If that girl were alive today wha would the odds have been? But I guess the only way we found out about this girl from Tyler Texas was the fact she was the GF of a Hippy guru that brutally beat her to death.
