DVD?

I saw this movie on Swedish TV (with swedish subs) several years ago and I REALLY liked it.

I've been trying to locate a DVD for a long time but they don't seem to exist. I heard it was only released on VHS and without subtitles. I'm not a fan of the idea of buying a used VHS, sertainly not without subtitles since part of the movie is in finnish which might aswell be marsian to me.

Has anyone heard anything encouraging?
