Dude you kind of missed a big point of the movie then. She was into him because of his money, and also because she figured he'd be loyal if she married him (in contrast to the bad experiences she had with "GQ" guys as she states in the beginning). When he rejected her that drove her crazy as she was accustomed to rejection and wasn't going to let him win.
shareExactly! That was one of the more believable aspects. She is used to eating men alive and Seth seemed like a perfect match for her, because you'd think he'd worship the ground she walked on. Him having money and a successful career didn't hurt either.
