What was the title of the book?

Hi folks,

I watched the movie last and thought it was pretty good. Does anybody know the title of the book that Stephen was reading in his home and was later taken by Cecilia? It seemed to be relevent to the plot, but the subtitles didn't translate the title.

It was a self help book on acting ^ ^ like Acting For Dummies :) thats if I read it right. Hope that helps!

Mind you, it is actually Constantin Stanislavsky's book in chinese translation, title of the book is "An Actor Prepares" (1936).
