SEE ME IM QUICK ON THE DRAW THAN JESSIE JAMES MY SON,EH,EH,

The film that made Danny dyers and John Simms careers, this to me is as simple a film as they come but has an ever lasting impact on your life,it is one of the best feel good films ever made. I remember many a time in my clubbing days where I would watch this before going out ,so you'd get the adrenalin going before the night ahead. It smashes you in the face from the very start with danny dyers character Moff banging quote after quote ending with I knew you wouldn't let me down I knew it banging straight into build it up tear it down what a start, you are buzzing just at this point. It only has a handful of characters, but it works on so many levels, the contribution from everyone in this film is brilliant you really feel that they have a close bond in the film and depicts the true clubbing scene of the time and the build up to it.The NICE ONE BRUV scene was a legacy many times over and is still used today amongst the younger generation. The raw and natural scenes of the old Skool vinyl shops, "how you jungling guy" amazing. You can't repeat moments like these, there of there time and natural. This film also introduced me to bill hicks a unique comic that was one of a kind. This film makes you feel for every character through there turmoil and struggle of everyday boring life ,to the weekend buzz of the clubbing dance scene, it makes you feel part of the group and gives you fond memories of the feeling you got when you were in your late teens to your early twenties of counting down the minutes of your 9 to 5 job to the adrenalin filled weekend of clubbing with ya mates. On top of all that there is a cameo appearance by the walking deads Andrew Lincoln who plays the bloke you want to avoid on a night out because of the awkward silences(been there lol). This truly is a film for a generation, but should be a film for the ages,it is a cult classic and will always be one of my favourite films for what it represents. All the actors in this film are great but there is one real star in this film and that's Danny's dyers character Moff the pill popping, dope smoking, quote cutting, philosophy thinking, wally wanking right Hand man.If you haven't watched this film you need to watch it just to introduce yourself to a character like Moff. This film has a place in my heart,it's hilariously funny and a true underground old Skool Classic.
