for sale?

I don't think it's out on DVD, and with the mis-handling of the distributing of Canadian films (and the pathetic lack of interest by Canadians in their own cinematic culture!) it probably won't be released any time in the future. I found a VHS copy, purely by chance, when a local video store was selling off their old stock. You (or anyone else reading this) might want to look there, or the library, or e-bay... It's a shame though, as it's a very good film.
