I've been in 75 Birch

A couple of weeks ago I was on a house tour with a couple of friends and their realator when the realator brought us to a house she was listing. We went inside looked around and she said doesn't it feel bright airy in here. She then proceeds to tell us that there was a murder in the house over 20 years and even mentions that there was a tv movie based on the story. Of course when we came home we had to check it out online. Actually the house itself wasn't too bad looking except for the orange paint in the living room clashing with berry carpeting. The realator said she occasionally gets emails from curious people asking if there is still blood all over the walls (there isn't)! I'd love to see this movie since I've been in the actual house and if anyone is interested it may still be on the market.
