Vickie Kittrie's sister

One thing that has always bothered me is that she told nobody about her sister still back at her family's house being molested on a regular basis. She made it mention to it to Catherine Palmer when she said "I grew up where family love meant something different. I left my little sister to take my place."

And the latter did nothing about it until the end of the film.

So two grownups knowing that a child was abused in a household and letting it continue, especially a child between ages 6-10, it would appear.

I know Vickie cried quite a bit in the scene when she was looking at the photo with her and her sister, but at the same time, she was moving up in society, was wealthy, drove a BMW convertible; just found it hard to believe with all that, she and Catherine didn't do anything to help her sister until the very end.
