Just watched this great flick last night, woke up and googled Paul Pena and was saddened to learn that he passed away Oct 1st, 2005 from numerous medical problems and diabetes complications.

I'm sorry to hear about Paul. I saw a documentary on TV a few years ago and wished I'd taped it. And I just found out about this movie (which I must now buy). And now this sad news.

I just watched the DVD of this movie and it's extras. Wonderful movie centered on a wonderful human being. I'm sorry it took me so long to find this. Thank you Paul for what you left us! A toast to Paul Pena!
