Most rewatchable jokes per scene in any comedy series

Any piece of art is judged whether it stands the true test, the test of time which this has no doubt proved but given most comedies I was just watching it again (I watch it bi-yearly or so) and I am seeing the scene where she wants a dog and chases him into a corner next to the thriller like undead poster where he poses for a sec.

While saying the story which turns out that he has (well each) that complex because of her chasing the dogs which was due to the reason she was alone to begin with.

Throw in the quickfire jokes that he had to go to a shrink and was told about cainophobia and thus had a phobia of dogs AND bamboo plus WHO told him to relax that bring the chances of being bitten by a dog are like getting hit by lightning only to him get attacked by a dog almost only to get hot by lightning to scare it off. If all that isn't value of your jokes per second I don't know what is, They would probably have 3 different episodes for that now.
