Stark has to be the most forced character in Sci-Fi history.

Everything about the character is generic. After all these years, I still can’t believe he became a regular.

I just started season 3 on my 1st viewing of the show and cannot stand him.. Zahn just died in the last episode and if I have to watch him more now, I may quit watching. He's just a terrible character period. I like the screamer more than him.

I like Stark, I thought it was weird that the characters treated him like crap after he died for them in season 2 and D'argo randomly hates him even though he's the only reason he got his son back. Grandma, who's just an old version of Zahn, and Sikozu, an uppity red alien like Jool, felt more forced than Stark.

Please say he dies soon in season 3. Can't understand a word he says. Not that I care to. He's constant fits are very annoying. So many dead, whaaa.

I love Stark. I find him hilarious. He doesn't die. He chooses to leave late into season 3 because he hears Zhaan's voice in his head and he wants to follow it. He comes back for the Peace Keeper wars finale though.

...and gets slapped silly by Aeryn when she`s, er, a bit preoccupied!

I don't find him that bad (I actually like him) but I must say that he's the most inconsistent character on the show.. one minute he's mad, the other one sane, one minute the crew likes him, the other one even Zhaan mistreats him for no real reason. I know he's supposed to be unstable because of the all people he's helped to cross-over and thus gaining a bit of their personality but nevertheless, I feel as if the writers just couldn't figure out what to do with him exactly. On some other show it could even pass unnoticed, but since the characters and their growth are one of the main strengths of Farscape, I really think they could have done a better job with Stark.
