Meatballs make spaghetti taste better but do spaghetti "needs" meatball ?

Let's do a reality check, how many people "can eat" or "like to eat" their spaghetti without meatballs.

As for me, no meatballs no spaghetti.

I'm Italian and I say Spaghetti without meatballs is friggin' boring! haha
