One of the Best RPG's I've ever played.

I've played most of the video game RPG's on home computer and console since the 1980's. Planescape Torment is by far one of the best that there is.
I wish they would make more sophisticated and elaborate story driven RPG's set in the Planscape world.
This game plays like a visual and audio rich interactive gothic fantasy novel. The immerse surreal ambient audio and story line are unequaled.
I have read quite a many fantasy novels. The story for this game tops most best selling novels imo.
My recommendation if you play this one. Set aside a week or so and fully immerse yourself in it from dawn till dusk with no distractions.

Although I think it could've been better developed I honestly think the story or better said the main idea of the story is the best one I've come across in any games,movies or books. It's such a shame it stays hidden somewhere out there and not many people have experienced it.

Agreed, OP. I was crazy about this when it was first released but lost the disc many moons ago. Recently bought the DVD version of it and II'm m playing it again at the moment.

Probably my favourite game ever.

Agreed. I think one of the reasons that the playing experience becomes so rich and fullfilling is because we feel bound emotionally to this tortured Soul, and his at times equally tortured companions. When this happens it becomes more than just a game.
