I have just finished watching this on the sci-fi channel and I dont think it is as bad as rating makes out. It is certainly better than the official Jean Claude Van Damme sequel. I know the acting is bad and it looks cheap but it is worth watching. I would give it a 5.5 if they had the original cast and a bigger budget it could of been a real worthwhile sequel. So my advice is to watch it if you manage to catch it late night on tv one night and nothing else is on.
shareHorrible low production values, poor acting from the entire cast, dull locations, bad direction, bad cinematography lacking in action and what's there is poor. Need I say any more? It is THAT BAD and worse. Seriously, it's MUCH worse than Universal Soldier: The Return, which looks like an oscar winner in contrast.

But I think 1 of the worst mistakes was, using the name Luc Devearu *however you spell it*
To put vital characters in low budget movies is not cute.
People mock BloodSport 2 and 3 and the only character from the original 1 was "Raymond Jackson" when he was in part 2.
