Anybody else notice that the girls find out Diane is having twins when she's like 7 months pregnant? The doctor can tell you how many babies you're having when you're 18 weeks pregnant or even sooner if he can hear two heartbeats at around 12 weeks.

Who knows, maybe she didn't have health insurance in order to go to the doctor until late in her pregnancy? Didn't have enough money? Something like that.

Actually it's happened before in real life. It's different for everybody, some people don't know they're having multiples until they're in labor.
