I never understood it. It seems she is basically calling her out for having big boobs...but since when is that an insult lol? Was she trying to claim that they are fake? I feel stupid but I just don't get this line lol...

I think she was commenting on the fact that the other girl "had some work done" lol it's assumed she had plastic surgery over the summer

I agree with the other poster.

At the beginning of the movie when Lisa was talking to the cop she said in the narrative while showing a flashback of their senior year she was standing beside Diane who was staring in awe of Lisa's new nose they briefly show her drivers license picture and Lisa said I had a lot of work done before correcting herself and said she had done A LOT of work over the summer.
