The ridiculous opening sequence with the voice-over.

It seemed really bizarre to have these young men with really old voices. Especially with voices of stars with distinctive voices that I know very well because I'm a fan, like Tommy Lee Jones, James Cromwell, etcetera.

Don't get me wrong, they're all great actors, even the young guys. But it was just weird no matter what, even with the greatest actor in the universe, if he sounds old there's not much you can do short of electronic retuning.

So why not just pitch their voices, or smooth it out electronically. Or something!

Ignoring the fact you clearly recognize the voices, it was a tool to help the viewer recognize who the younger versions were,Kinda hard for the average viewer to determine who the roles of jerk, hero, techy, boss, and other roles were as they went along, I found it alittle disturbing myself until i thought about it a little later, it was an original way of doing the common flashback technique.

this movie is so underrated.
