References "The A-Team?"

As I see in the movie connections, Mega Man somehow references the A-Team. Now, Mega Man is my favorite video game series and "The A-Team" is my favorite TV show, yet I don't see any connection. Does anyone know what this reference or references is/are?

I think it may have been an off reference to, I believe, Guts man, as he seems to look as if he was based on Mr.T. Even minute as it is, it counts as a reference.
