In "Bucky O'Hare" Dead Eye Duck makes himself out to be some *beep* hot shooting pimp daddy. But when it acctually doing it he is so *beep* In the scenes with him shooting at Toads he must shoot off heaps of rounds. He fires thousands of bullets and only ever manages to shoot down on an average on 2 toad ships per episode. Now i think that is pretty crap.
Plus does anyone else think that Jenny the Rabbit was really hot???
In all fairness, I think the producers were trying to minimize the violence level while giving the viewer the impression that a battle is going on. Ninja Turtles gets away with its violence because, with very few exceptions, they're fighting machines, but Bucky's case is the complete opposite. I guess they thought it would make the fighting a little more humane with a few enemies and a lot of shooting rather than a lot of enemies getting knocked off with one shot each. When Deadeye finally does manage to shoot down a toad ship, you'll notice the toads automatically eject. It does end up looking ridiculous, but Deadeye's aim isn't much worse than Han Solo's. He just fires off a lot more before he gets a lock.
Maybe his ego comes from how good a shot he was before he lost his depth perception and no one wants to tell him differently.
I was just thinknig, he's called DEADeye cause he's only got one eye. Does anyone know what he was called when he had 2 eyes or was he born with one eye?
shareI wonder if he was born with the name - being a pirate, you know? But according to what I've read, he lost his eye and a lot of hearing in a very bad accident. The headphones are supposed to be a specially-designed hearing aid - yes, I'd like a hearing aid like Deadeye's XD
