Neo Tokyo really is an underrated gem of film and really needs more attention. It has great animation, great stories, and I would argue it's an overall stronger film than Robot Carnival.

Neo Tokyo is certainly overlooked. I love a good anthology and this goes right up there not only with Robot Carnival, but also The Animatrix and Memories.
