Why is everyone in the movie calling it a HIT AND RUN???

they can't call it anything specific without a witness -- how could anyone know that 'this crime' happened. all they know is that AN ACCIDENT occurred.

so did anyone see a CAR hit this COREY KID???

I THINK NOT. If Joanna was seen hitting the girl - which she didn't, watch closely - then the person who was the witness is just as bad as Joanna is made out to be.

Oh Thank you God! Thank you so BLOODY much!Basil Fawlty

I kniw. When you watch, the cy lust could have easily just slipped on her bike into the car. But, Mrs. Kendall (Margaret Collin) shoukd gave just had the balls to tell the poli e in the road that yes, she hit the girl, OR, the girl bumped into her fri king car, and she left the scene merely to make a call TO notify the police.

I can not STAND thise women. They are all rich, rethuglican, slolied, non-working housewives. All they do is yackety-yak at shopping malls, buy expensive clothes in the morning, have lunch and chardonay for two hours, and spend their afternoons back in the boutiques.

Shallow, clised-minded, Junior League- and PTA-members whose daughters are all in ballet, and sons play racquetball.

I can understand why she was unable/insecure in telling. the reaction of the many people there would leave anyone quiet. who wants to admit to 'doing something so terrible?'

I don't know if I mentioned this in my OP but I am a teacher. Often times when I am teaching a class kids' bodies do what they do best -- fart. And often times the other kids EWWWWWW! their heads off. That pisses me off to no end. It is a bodily function and you have to give the person who passed wind a second or so to recover and then pardon his or herself. and when the entire freaking room is EWWING their asses off, it causes the windy one to become VERY SELF CONSCIOUS and who wants to admit being 'the gross one'

so the entire class gets my windy lecture and the windy one gets a free hug from me.

Just recently I was thinking about this and it occurred to me... I was often the windy one in school... and it was because my mother was often in her green vegetables kick. still don't know if it was worth it.

Oh God. Fortune vomits on my eiderdown once more.
