I worked on this piece of trash!

Way back in 1999 I worked on this picture and I finally got round to seeing it.
Well, It was as bad as I expected. :p sorry!!
It was sort of fun though seeing all that stuff back again, remembering when we shot it. I still actually have one of the "do not disturb signs" from the movie set. (I sort of ´borrowed´ that one!)
I remember William Hurt he was a nice guy. Although he did create a scene because a homeless guy walked into his trailer. "Honey, that´s Amsterdam!" I told him.
And I remember driving in the tram they derailed. They built it on tyres, so you could just drive it on the street. We got some pretty weird looks from passers by when we drove it to set.
Maybe i should get it on dvd for old times sake...

Funny; I was an extra in the first scenes ever shot for this movie in Amsterdam.

At the time, they didn't know who were gonna be the leading actors, so body doubles were used in this scene.

It was the scene in which the ambulance is taken by the kidnapper and Melissa's parents chase him in their car.

I was an extra in that scene: check also the pictures at www.dinoos.nl/Mathijs/figuratie.htm

It was a terrible movie after all, I agree.

I have been trying to watch this movie for about 25 minutes, and yes it's horrible so far. I'm giving it a shot, but the acting is pretty bad and the plot is terrible.

Congratulations on your work, though. I know you guys didn't have anything to do with the quality of this movie!
