The sad fact after the final episode of this series...

Yusuke is a half demon, correct? So that means he will probably age much slower (think superman) compare to the rest of the humans... and eventually, his best friends Kuwabara and Keiko will die.

Hiei / Kurama are full demons so they dont count but man Yusuke will live a sad life after that fact.

he will have children with Keiko though and those will be part demon

They will have to go through a lot to awaken that demon side though. They mentioned how it skips generations until the next strongest.

True, had forgotten habout that.

So his children will most likely be normal and eventually many generations later on of his descendants will awaken his demon side.

The way I interpreted that was that the only reason Yusuke's powers awoke was because of all the training he went through. That's why he didn't awaken at the beginning of the series. So, I'd think if his children went through the kind of training he did and became as powerful as he was when his demon side woke up, then they'd gain similar powers. All of Yusuke's ancestors and descendants have the potential to awaken their demon blood, but only the ones that are strong enough when they die will actually have their demon side wake up.

Yusuke is not half-demon in the traditional sense, he has a pure demon ancestor whom he eventually looks upon like a father, but for all intents he only has a very tiny percentage of demon blood. If anything Kuwabara originally had a much stronger spiritual awareness and latent power than Yusuke, but dying and coming back to life at the start of the series opened his body and eyes to so much more than he was originally capable of. Throw in his training under Genkai, the trials Toguro put him through (indirectly "training" him), the conflict with Sensui and learnings under his demon "father", it took ALOT to get him to where he is by the end of the series.

By the end of the show Yusuke is on par to the strongest demons and even capable of something akin to Sacred Energy, but he's still human for all intents and purposes, is it ever out-right stated he will age slower just because of the power he's gained?
