What appears before the credits?

Haven't seen this film in a while but I remember that just before the end credits come up some eloquent little blurb comes up about how the film is dedicated to strong women and great actresses. I was hoping IMDb would list it under their crazy credits, but it's not here. Does anyone remember exactly what the blurb says? Thank you.
