Is Lola Trans?

Having just watched it, I thought this film was surprisingly good, I can see why it was well received. It has excellent female characters, and the trans representation with Agrado was very well done. I was confused about Lola though.

Agrado is a trans woman and as a result, the characters refer to her using female pronouns, as you'd expect. Lola, however, is referred to as 'getting breasts' in their youth, but seems to be a drag/transvestite? Lola's voice is also kept in the male range, and the other characters refer to Lola as a male, and use male pronouns, even though Lola presents female. Lastly, Lola is able to impregnate two women, which is generally impossible for trans women to do.

So is Lola supposed to be trans? Supposed to be gender fluid or bi-gendered? A non transitioning trans woman? Or a cross-dresser/transvestite? Just wondering out loud.
