What ever happened to the good guys?

Hey, I just want to say, I loved WTR and the SOT spinoff. Why were they cancelled? The SOT attempt was in the same season as reality TV sparked, and pop culture won out over the good guys. Now, some five years later, where are the good guys? I see just two kinds of TV shows now: "reality tv" like Survivor, and reality tv like CSI. One isn't even close, and the other is too real. I say, bring back the good guys and bad guys, the sidekicks who get shot in the first 4 minutes and are healed by the end of the episode, the sometimes dorky lines, the role models, the morals, the compassion, the not-really-real-but-close-enough. Marco Sanchez and James Wlcek are still acting - call them up!

Sons of Thunder was intended to be a mid-season replacement (a show that replaces another series that has been cancelled earlier in a season) and six episodes were ordered. SOT first aired in March 1999, but it was not the ratings sucess CBS had hoped for. CBS allowed all of the six episodes to air, but decided not to continue the series after that. Interestingly enough, after CBS officially cancelled the show, the ratings began to raise.

CBS no longer owns the rights to the show, infact, I think Chuck Norris now owns the rights to SOT.

Does anyone know what is going on with Jimmy Wlcek these days. Is he ever going to do a Television series again. I hope so. I miss him.

You can fine marco who play carlos on son of thunder in the movie the rookie,and also up coming movie called eddison I think the name of the title.
