Friday, April 3, 1987

See my other posting on this board, about the heavy snow in January, 1987, but I was still up at that college on this date, and it had been mild for several weeks, and the trees and bushes were in bloom, and after this very cold and snowy winter I thought spring had finally arrived. Then in the early morning of Friday, April 3, after midnight, it snowed in that area again, heavily, over six inches. They had actually called for this on the local news the day before, but I did not want to believe it. But when I woke up in my dorm room at about six o'clock this Friday morning and looked out the window I saw all this snow, and got really angry about it, and had a hard time believing this could actually happen in April. Later that day I called home and was told it had not snowed there, but there had been a cold rain. I then watched the newscasts that weekend, and the weather coverage said it was unusual to snow this late into the spring, but the ground was warm and thus it would melt quickly, which it did. And the weatherman said he had gone on vacation that week and joked that maybe that was what caused it to snow. And the news anchor asked if it would snow again the next time he went on vacation, and he replied, "Well it won't snow in June surely".

Get the hell outta here! You added nothing. I didn't even read your whole nonsense -- should've been broken into at least 3 paragraphs, but you already demonstrated your literacy downfalls.

Snow on the actual date is irrelevant, nor are any close connections to real events.

Good luck on living long, which is less likely for you, due to your not eating meat.
