Was rape implied?

When the Asian villain grabs the princess by the throat and threw her on the bed, and said "it's time for you to be among your people," was it implied that he rapes her? I know the way I described it makes it sound obvious but she never seems affected by it nor mentions it or anything afterwards. So that got me wondering if it was actually implied that she was raped in that scene. That'd seem pretty significant for a comedy like this...
