At what point does Stephon Chow show up in this film?
Stephen Chow is the police officer with the german shepherd dog about two thirds of the way into the movie... He speaks to Jackie and his Girlfriend outside some steel iron gates.
It may be that you have only seen the International version and I'm sure they cut him out of that one but if you look on Ebay or Yes Asia you can pick up a Chinese version that is about 2 hours Long with more drama and action!!

I'm western, and I was cracking up at Stephen Chow's performance. It was such a small, dry role too, but Chow is such a comedic genius, even Jackie and Shu Qi couldn't help laughing, which is seen in the blooper reel.
