Herr Lipp quote
Does anyone know what the Herr Lipp catch phrase translates too? Does it actually mean anything? I can't find out anywhere! I know it sounds like Alice Clair, but is not spelled like that. Does anyone know?

shareI know that this thread is pretty old now, but as a native speaker I can tell you that it's spelled "Alles klar".
It has several meanings. Possible translations: "all right!", "all right?", "o.k.!", "o.k.?" "ready (to start)!", "sweet!"
So it either means you got/understood something, or are ready to beginn/start, or everything's going well/all right/fine;
or you ask someone if s)he's got/understood you, has anymore questions, or is ready, or if everything's going well/all right/fine
