Maybe this is why the show is enduring with viewers but it's portrayal of NHS staff is unbelievable. Last night's episode I witnessed Bernie Wolfe unconvincingly carry 2 paper cups of coffee in a way that indicated they were empty. Plus would anyone seriously allow someone like Jason accompany staff on ward rounds.

I wouldn't want to be treated by any of the doctors at Holby. They're either crazy or have artificial parts in them ( ie Valentine with his mechanical heart device).
I have to agree, the show is unrealistic, but how else can they keep the drama up?
