Character Ages?

So we know that Eddy is 12 right? What I've always wondered is how old the other kids are. It seems that everyone except Sarah and Jimmy are middle school aged, but are they all the same age? Here's how I've always thought it was:

Eddy: 12

Edd: 12-13

Ed: 12-13

Kevin: 12-13

Nazz: 12-13

Rolf: 13-14 (he seems to be a bit older than the other kids and even stated so in one episode I think, but still young enough to go to school with them)

Jonny: 11-12 (he always seemed a little younger to me, but still old enough to go to school with them)

Sarah: 10-11

Jimmy: 10-11

Lee: 13-14 (seems to be the oldest of the sisters)

Marie: 12-13

May: 11-12 (seems to be the youngest of the sisters)

Eddy's Brother: 22-25 (just a guess, he seems have been moved out of his parent's house for quite awhile, but is probably young enough that Eddy was more than a toddler when he left)

The Ed Boys 12-13
Rolf 14-15
Kevin 12-13
Jimmy and Sarah 10-11
Johnny 11-12
Nazz 12-13

All the kids, with the exception of Sarah and Jimmy( Who are obviously 7 or 8), are 11-14 years old, Johnny might be 10 I think.

Sarah and Jimmy can't be that young (though they seem like it) because they attend Peach Creek Jr. High in later episodes.

I always thought it was something like:

The Eds, Jonny: 12-13.

The Kanker Sisters: 13-15.

Kevin: 15.

Rolf: 15.

Nazz: 16.

Sarah: 5.

Jimmy: 6.

Aren't they all in the same grade, though?

They go to a jr. highschool, and I think they're in the 6th grade. Kanker Sisters might've been held back, though. They do seem older than the others.
Eds/Johnny/Kevin/Rolf/Nazz: 12
Kanker Sisters: 13-14
Jimmy/Sarah: 8
