This anime needs to be continued!

It got discontinued in Japan back in 1991. What a pity.

The manga on which it was based was so interesting, deep, rich in character detail etc. But I also admit the manga also has dark themes despite being a children-orientated manga in Japan.

Still, I think it's a waste that the anime Dragon Quest: Dai no daibôken ended just like that.
