I never regulaly watched Family Affairs but I was always compelled by the character of Pete Callan. Like Barry Grant in Brookside, he was a murderer who also committed other crimes, did other interesting stuff and even performed acts of heroism. So how about filling me in on the Pete storylines you can remember, guys?

i think the best 1, was when Pete killed Josh (who was married to Yasmin, but he also liked Siobhan)
giving Annie a baby (as both of their characters, were once married)
I think I remember Yasmin and Josh. He was white and she was black (and she worked in the newsagents)??
So I guess this was one of the last big storylines in the show...

yep, you're right - Yasmin (worked in a newsagent, with her brother Benji & her mum) and they lived at the flat, above.
as far as i remember, i think Pete killed him, because Josh kept on seeing Siobhan behind their partner's back. & i think, somehow Pete did a clever trick my convicing her that the pub was going to be broken into. i cant remember how he died, tho :(

I remember there was a storyline where he was beating up his wife Claire because she went to visit Roy after he was sectioned for holding her hostage when his wife died.
