Ghost Farm?
That black man in the general store in Modoc doesn't give it to me on the map, is there anyone else who can show it? I can't find it without, the game doesn't notice it.

The major of the town should give it to you (he's the black guy you mentioned). I dont think anyone else can unlock the location. Just make sure you dont piss him off, ie. with the pinky finger thingie with low CHA.
