Where can I find the DVDs

I've watched this a while back when I was younger on Cartoon Network and recently started reading the manga and would like to watch the anime again. I looked on Amazon and a few other places and all the DVDs are like $500. Anyone know where I can get them for a normal price? And also are the OVAs worth watching?

You should be able to find some on ebay for about $10 a disc. I happen to have the vhs and dvds of these and I only had to pay less than $15 for the few missing ones. The rest were a gift.
