Does anyone know what his rank was? Whether he was senior to Hobbs or Junior? He seems senior but I'm not sure. Just wondering.

According to their id cards in the opening credits. Hobbs is a LT/O-3(which makes no sense because an LT is either an O-1 or O-2) and Pinocchio's rank is a CPL/ E-4 so Hobbs is the senior.

Hobbs had the higher rank but Pinocchio may have had more total experience in terms of years of service.
