please help me find an episode?

pardon me, could any of you kind folks please help me find an episode, the story was peter travelling to the middle east and rather enjoyed and appreciated the lifestyle, now i know "american dad" made an episode like this, but unless my memory has failed me completely i'm pretty sure i saw a similar episode in "family guy" and i think it just might have been banned from airing in my country (sweden), so if you could just give me the title i pick it on from there, thank you.

well thank you pal, i enjoyed it, it wasn't quite what i was looking for, i know that episode by heart, perhaps it wasn't banned after all and i got it mixed up with "american dad" i guess.

I believe you might be thinking of Turban Cowboy from Season 11. There is no trip to the Middle East, but Peter befriends a Muslim and after learning about his way of life, converts to the religion for a while:
