Is it possible that Victor is still alive?

The season premiere showed that Olivia survived the fire, so is it possible that Victor survived too? Maybe they could make an episode about Victor getting revenge on Stewie.

Of course.
Unless they state otherwise, although I doubt they'd bother to mention him again, the fact Olivia made it out with no lasting injuries it would seem, there's no reason to think Victor didn't make it out safely as well.

Unless it's mentioned again, Victor is Schrödinger's cat, both dead & alive.

Also, it was a cardboard "house", so Victor and/or Olivia could have easily knocked it over and escaped relatively unscathed; Stewie didn't block their exit, either...
