The critics really let me down on this one.

I rented this movie as an afterthought with three or four others. The critics review on the case said "..simply the best movie out there." I watched about 45 minutes of it, fell asleep, and returned it without bothering to watch the rest.

I don't know if it's that I'm straight or what, but nothing in the movie really "spoke" to me. It all felt so anticlimactic that I was bored to the point of dispair.

If anyone can give a reason for me to give Urbania a second view I'll try again. In the mean time, it goes down as a great waste of time and money (for me and the filmmakers).

It's not that you're straight; different people just like different things. And while it may have been a waste of your time, it wasn't a waste of the filmmakers' time. A lot of people have found it just what the critics say.

The movie was very complex. Some scenes were flashbacks, some were fantasy, some were flashbacks within flashbacks, and some were real. You have to be very focused to really figure out the complete plot line.

If you were already sleepy to start with when you popped in the movie, you never really stood a chance.
