Alan Cumming

Did anyone here just love the scene with Alan Cumming in the apartment. He's one of the reasons why I watched this film. Good movie too.

Absolutely agree with you - touching and delicate scene. And a GIFT of a cameo for any actor. And I agree also that it's a brilliant unsung gem of a movie, making most of what's out there seem like facile, glib, not to mention sexist, drivel. Seven years on, and the movie has lost none of its power or wit or ability profoundly to move the audience.

Alan Cumming "kills" in every film I see him in. He's especially good in small cameo parts like this movie.

I love Alan in this.

Brett's such a heartbreaking character.

His scene makes me want to reach through the TV screen and give him a big hug!
